A group of friends lease Zoo nightclub and discovers the club's real owner is dead, and that under the laws of abandoned property, they have a chance to seize the club for themselves. After filing for squatter's rights, the Zoo Gang must contest them by 10 a.m. the next morning, or lose the club. For the gang, guerrilla warfare seems to be the only solution to win their property back.
